How quickly can we get started?
It depends on the model. SaaS is the fastest: we set up your environment and you start tracking with minimal up-front work. BYOS and Managed involve a one-time software setup on your servers or ours. Tell us your fleet and timeline and we will give you a realistic start plan.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. Start with the fleet you have today and grow from there. The software is unlimited, so adding assets, tags and users never changes the licence; on the Managed and SaaS models the operational side simply scales to your larger fleet as you expand.
Can I move between models later?
Yes. You can start on SaaS to get going quickly and later move to a Managed one-time licence, or bring a one-time licence fully in-house as BYOS. Your data, configuration and history come with you. Tell us where you want to end up and we will plan the move.
How is hosting priced on the Managed model?
You buy the software once, and hosting and cellular connectivity run as recurring operational costs sized to your fleet band. As your fleet grows, they adjust with it. The software itself stays unlimited and is never re-charged per asset.
Does INTERtrack integrate with our existing ERP or TMS?
Yes. INTERtrack provides a REST API and webhooks so you can connect it to your ERP, TMS or other systems and keep asset data in sync. Tell us what you run and we will walk through the integration.
Do I have to use specific tags or a specific carrier?
No. INTERtrack is hardware and carrier agnostic. Use the tracking hardware that fits your assets and the connectivity that fits your sites.
Where is my data stored and how is it secured?
In EU data centers. INTERtrack is built for European data residency and GDPR-aligned operation, with role-based access control and audit logging in the platform, and the underlying infrastructure runs in certified EU facilities. On BYOS you decide entirely where the platform and its data live.
